ZOHAIB ARTS is an art and creativity application that allows users to explore artwork, create digital paintings and calligraphy, save artwork, maintain a local profile, and create local artwork order records.

2. Information You May Provide

ZOHAIB ARTS may allow you to voluntarily enter information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• City
• Artwork order information
• Order notes or instructions
• Profile information

This information is used only to provide the features available within the App.

3. Locally Stored Information

ZOHAIB ARTS is primarily designed to store user-created information locally on the user's device.

Information that may be stored locally includes:

• Profile information
• Saved artwork information
• Created paintings
• Artwork names
• Order details
• Order history
• App preferences
• Onboarding completion status
• Painting and editor preferences

Local application information may be stored using Android local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences.

ZOHAIB ARTS does not operate its own remote server for storing this information.

4. Painting Studio and Saved Artwork

The App includes a Painting Studio that allows users to draw, paint, erase, use different colors, select brushes, and use calligraphy tools.

Artwork created by the user may be:

• Stored inside the App
• Saved to the device
• Added to the user's local art gallery
• Edited again
• Renamed
• Deleted by the user
• Shared using Android's system sharing features

ZOHAIB ARTS does not automatically upload user-created artwork to a remote server.

When you choose to share artwork, the Android sharing interface or another application selected by you may process the shared content according to that third party's own privacy practices.

5. Device Gallery and Storage

When you choose to save an artwork to your device gallery, the App may use Android storage or media functionality necessary to save the image.

ZOHAIB ARTS does not attempt to access unrelated personal files for advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.

Artwork saved outside the App in the device gallery may remain on the device even after application data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.

Such files can be deleted manually using the device's Gallery, Photos, or file management application.

6. Profile Information

The Profile section allows users to enter or update information such as their name, email address, phone number, city, and address.

Profile information is intended to improve convenience when using local App features, including artwork ordering.

This information is stored locally on the device unless a future version of the App clearly informs the user otherwise.

7. Artwork Orders

ZOHAIB ARTS allows users to create artwork order records.

Order information may include:

• Selected artwork
• Customer name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• City
• Quantity
• Order notes
• Order date
• Order status or reference information

In the current version of the App, these order records are stored locally on the device using local application storage.

The App does not process online payments or automatically transmit local order information to a remote ordering server.

Users should not enter banking passwords, payment card PINs, or other highly sensitive financial credentials into order notes or profile fields.

8. External Images and Third-Party Content

ZOHAIB ARTS may display artwork or product images hosted by third-party image providers such as Unsplash.

When an online image is requested, the third-party service may receive standard technical information associated with an internet request, which may include information such as an IP address, device/browser request information, or request timestamps.

Such third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

ZOHAIB ARTS does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

9. Internet Access

Internet access may be used when the App loads externally hosted artwork images or other online resources.

Core locally stored features may continue to operate independently of remote account storage.

10. Advertising

ZOHAIB ARTS does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs.

We do not use your profile information or locally created artwork to deliver personalized advertising.

11. Analytics and Tracking

ZOHAIB ARTS does not currently integrate third-party analytics or behavioral tracking services.

The App does not use advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

12. Sale of Personal Information

ZOHAIB ARTS does not sell users' personal information.

We do not rent locally stored user profile information, artwork, or order information to advertisers or data brokers.

13. Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the features you choose to use, the App may request permissions or access necessary for functions such as:

• Saving artwork to device storage or media
• Accessing internet-hosted images
• Sharing user-created artwork

Permissions are intended to be used only for the functionality associated with them.

You may manage application permissions through your Android device settings.

14. Data Sharing

ZOHAIB ARTS does not automatically send locally stored profile information, artwork records, or local order records to the developer's server because the current App does not operate a backend server for these features.

Information may leave the App when the user intentionally performs an action such as:

• Sharing an artwork
• Opening an external website
• Contacting support by email
• Using another third-party application

Any information provided directly to another service will also be subject to that service's privacy practices.

15. Data Security

We take reasonable steps within the design of the App to limit unnecessary access to user information.

Most user information is stored locally on the device.

However, no electronic storage system, device, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their Android devices, including device passwords, screen locks, backups, and access controls.

16. Data Retention

Locally stored information generally remains on the user's device until it is:

• Deleted through an available App feature
• Removed by clearing the App's storage/data
• Removed when the App is uninstalled

Information saved separately to the device gallery or another external location may remain there after the App is uninstalled and must be deleted separately by the user.

17. Data Deletion

Because ZOHAIB ARTS does not currently require users to create an online account, there is no remote user account associated with the App.

Users may remove locally stored application information by using available delete options or by clearing ZOHAIB ARTS application data through Android settings.

Users may also uninstall the App to remove its locally maintained application data.

Artwork exported to the device gallery or shared to another application may need to be deleted separately from those locations.

18. Account Creation

ZOHAIB ARTS does not currently require account registration or login.

Information entered in the Profile section is a locally stored profile and does not create an online ZOHAIB ARTS account.

19. Financial Information

ZOHAIB ARTS does not currently process credit card payments, online banking transactions, cryptocurrency payments, or other financial transactions within the App.

Users should never enter payment card passwords, banking credentials, OTP codes, PIN numbers, or similar confidential financial credentials into general App fields.

20. Children's Privacy

ZOHAIB ARTS does not intentionally request sensitive information specifically from children.

Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of applications and devices where appropriate.

If we become aware that a future service has collected personal information from a child in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken to address the matter.

21. External Links

The App may contain links or content associated with third-party services.

Opening a third-party service takes you outside the privacy controls of ZOHAIB ARTS.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external service before providing personal information.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

• App features change
• Data handling practices change
• New services are introduced
• Legal or platform requirements change

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document may also be revised.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
